Where is The Green Sheep is a children’s classic, and this is another fun and simple book inspired activity!
Simply draw a sheep outline on to some paper (I found copying one from the book easiest!), and using some cotton wool balls dab green paint onto the sheep.
Once the paint is dry, use some glue to stick cotton buds on to the sheep.
This is a great activity to learn about the different colours of the sheep in the book and some facts about sheep (sounds they make and what they eat). When using the cotton wool it’s a great opportunity to talk about sheep’s wool and what it feels like and what it can be used for!
