Climb the giant net up to the crows nest and pretend you’re sailing a pirate ship on the high seas. Continue the pirate play and climb the smaller tower and boat, walking the narrow swing bridges and playing on the 2 slides. If pirate play isn’t for your kids, the taller tower has a corner store shopfront and the kids will love playing shop!
Quota Park’s playground also has swings, a see saw and a spinner, as well as a few interactive panels along the lower levels of the play equipment to cater to younger children. The perfect spot for a picnic, there are 2 picnic shelters with BBQs nearby. Unfortunately there are no public toilets and carparking nearby is very limited, especially on weekends. It’s a shame, because this really is a great park!
Quota Park is a great one to ride your bikes to. I’d suggest starting at Harley Park, Labrador, and then it’s a 20min (1.5km) waterfront paved walk to Quota Park, Biggera Waters. If you have the kids on their bikes it would make for a great family walk/ride!
